They will put all your debts into one, making you pay a summed-up credit plus interest for the debt consolidation company. You will be paying less compared to paying all of the creditors one by one. The benefit is, your creditors will not make any more phone calls towards you. You will be dealing with the debt consolidation company you had applied for the loan.

There are some bad actors within the debt consolidation arena. I’d check anyone out with the BBB first.
